Manchester City are UEFA Champions League winners after edging Real Madrid 1-0 in Saturday's final in Paris.
The Premier League champions completed a treble to boot, having already secured that title and the League Cup this season.
Gabriel Jesus scored the only goal of the game in the 53rd minute, capitalizing on a mistake by Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois.
Manchester City controlled the game for long periods, with Kevin De Bruyne excellent in midfield.
Real Madrid had their chances, but they could not find a way past Ederson in the Manchester City goal.
